WHY WE SHOULD'NT EAT BEFORE SUNRISE & AFTER SUNSET

We all have myth that after Sunset if we eat it is as against non violence & sin (Paap).

If Mahaveer had said in this prospective it is true b'coz in low light any type of flies or mosquitoes can fall in food which may not visible to naked eye. If this was the meaning then it doesn't have any sense today where we have powerful lights which can substitute Day Light.

We should understand it in proper way, at Sunrise Life starts & after sunset its time to rest and our body doesn't require any energy in night. As soon as we eat something and it goes below our throat entire internal body parts starts working to digest the food. In night oxygen level drops and carbon dioxide level increases, we need oxygen (Prana Vayu) to digest food.

It also have in depth meanings : you would had noticed as soon as food reaches to stomach our mind becomes dull and we feel sleeping b'coz our entire energy goes in digesting food and mind doesn't get the enough supply of required energy so we feel sleeping thats why when we are on fasting we can't sleep properly as mind gets more energy and we become sleepless.

We also intake more food & water unknowingly above facts as we think it's sunset time & we shouldn't eat in the night and eat food in hurry without chewing properly. Our stomach will more upset if we had food & water in hurry it requires at least 30 minutes gap between drinking water & having food to digest it properly.

If we had to avoid food at night we have to change our eating habits & routines. We should eat before 1 hour of Sunset so we get enough energy to digest food properly.

Psychiatrists says bad dreams & sleeplessness is due to un-digested food lying in our stomach and it disturbs our sleep. And unknowingly we takes big meals ie.dinner in night which is against our biological system.

Reson behind not eating Green vegetables on Tithi

NAN - KULCHA - RUMALI ROTIARE NOT FOR VEGETARIANS

VEGETARIANISM

NAN
- KULCHA - RUMALI ROTIARE NOT FOR VEGETARIANS

Having visited a very good restaurant in Suburban Mumbai, we ordered Jain Subzi along with combination of NAN & Roti. In a few seconds the managers of the restaurant who was known to me from many years approached me and requested me to cut NAN from our order as it was not a JAIN food, I inquired to him that how was that possible as it's only made of MAIDA. What he clarified with his professional ethics was just shocking, here are the details:-

1) NAN KULCHA & RUMALI ROTI CANNOT BE MADE WITHOUT EGG in it. It is absolutely impossible for any one to make them without egg in a hotel. It will not be that soft and elastic through out the day and shall start to crack in some time.

2) He also clarified that as been registered a Vegetarian Hotel he can't bring in eggs so the get the Atta made in ready form from local bakeries who prepare it for them and supply to all restaurants.

3) He also said that even thought all restaurants owners shall deny this but it is a fact and that others do not say it so as to not loose business. In fact they turn s blind eye on what the bakery wala adds to the atta mixture.

4) He also stated that he been experience for soo many years in as a restaurant manager in many hotels does not know any single outlet that could give you VEGETARIAN NAN, KULCHA or RUMALI ROTI.

5) He also stated that he now clarifies it to all his clients, as he feels that it is against his ethics to not provide details to the customer.

6) Only Plain Roti is the only item that a normal Vegeterian or a Jain can consume in a hotel.

All this stated above is 100% true. This information is not just for Jains but for all those who are truly Vegetarian.
